Call us. Trained counselors work with you to identify your specific needs and do a customized search, even for hard to find care. Phones are staffed from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday thru Thursday, and 9:00am - 4:00pm on Friday. Call 513-221-0033 in OH or 859-781-3511 in KY or 800-256-1296 toll free and ask for a parent counselor.

Email a referral request. It’s the next best thing to actually talking to a counselor. Just fill out the form, a counselor will do a custom search based on your child care needs and send the referrals directly to you.

Do an online child care eSearch yourself. Look for referrals anytime of the day or night. If you find that you need a more customized search, use one of the options above.
