Currently in Boone, Campbell and Kenton Counties, there is money available to help pay fees related to child care expenses. Fees could include registration, diaper, or activity fees up to $40.00 a year per child if families meet the income eligibility guidelines below and are not currently receiving subsidy through the Child Care Assistance Program.

This money is donated by individuals when renewing their license plates at the local County Clerks office. Donations of a $1.00 are still being taken in all Northern Kentucky counties. Donations stay in the county of donation. The fund must reach a minimum of $300.00 before the money can be spent in that county.
